What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect the information you type into it:

Your name
Your business name
Your phone number
Your trade or industry
Your website address, if you give us one

If you book a call, our scheduling provider also collects the email address and time slot you choose.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about the audit or service you asked for, and to prepare for that conversation. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Who it goes to

Form submissions are delivered to our email through a third-party form service. Call bookings are handled through Calendly. Those providers process the data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not share your information with anyone else except where we are legally required to.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). If advertising or analytics tracking is active on this site, those platforms may set cookies or receive events about your visit, such as which pages you viewed or whether you submitted a form. You can control this through your browser settings and through your ad preferences on those platforms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to follow up and to keep records of who we have spoken with. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email betterbuiltalexa@gmail.com and we will handle it. If you no longer want to be contacted, tell us and we will stop.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
